Restless Breed

Restless Breed was originally formed in Columbus, Ohio in 1985. The band recorded and released their first demo, After The Holocaust, in 1987. They became the first all-original speed metal/thrash band in the area, and the first to distribute a demo into the worldwide underground tape-trading network.

In 1989, the band recorded and released 'No Walls Can Hold', an 8-song collection that garnered many favorable reviews in the worldwide press and the attention of several small labels. However, by the end of 1990, RB had run its course and disbanded.

Over 2 decades later, a small specialty label contacted the band and re-mastered/re-packaged the demos and released them on CD. 'No Walls Can Hold - The Demo Anthology' was available online via Stormspell Records. The band re-united and played an exclusive performance at the 2014 Warriors Of Metal Festival to support the release.

Restless Breed is back with a new lineup in 2025, and is looking forward to performing select live shows this year and beyond.
